1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for online orders:
* Google Pay (UPI-based transactions) – Recommended for orders in India
* Bank Transfers – Recommended for orders in India
* Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, RuPay, etc.) - payment links provided against request.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Currently, COD is not encouraged due to practical reasons and past experiences of order rejections.
However, in only special cases where COD is only accepted under the following conditions:
* Customer must pay Shipping Charges + 20% of the total order value in advance as confirmation.
* The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon delivery.
* COD orders will processed only through VPP mode of India Post with No Cancellation & No Return. Delivery period 5 - 7 working days.
* COD availability is subject to location - distance and may not be applicable to all pin codes.
3. No Return & No Refund:
* Currently we follow policy of No Return & No Refund policy due to several past experience.
* All our orders undergoes thorough quality check before delivery to ensure no return possible.
* Refund are only valid for Stock shortage situation.
4. Order Confirmation & Payment Processing
* Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
* For Google Pay and Bank Transfers, customers must send payment proof via WhatsApp or Email to expedite order processing.
* Failed or incomplete payments may result in order cancellation.
5. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention
* We use secure payment gateways to process transactions safely.
* For bank transfers and UPI payments, please verify the recipient details before making a transaction.
* In case of any fraudulent activity, suspicious transactions may be flagged, and orders may be put on hold or canceled for security reasons.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
* All products are shipped through India Post & Private Courier Companies.
* All orders placed are expected to deliver in 3 to 7 days approximately, depending on the distance.
Please note, unforeseeable delays with the courier may occur due to weather, traffic, etc.
* Standard Shipping charges for orders through India Post are RS. 55. But varies depending on distance and Pincode.
* Charges through Courier may vary depending on distance and Pincode.
* Orders using our Social Media Pages Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok DMs are also accepted. Our team will guide once orders are placed.
* Ensure you provide accurate delivery address, specifically PINCODE and contact number. In case of a delivery returned back to us as a result of incorrect or insufficient address, you are required to pay for the shipping charges again.
* As our team works hard to get your order dispatched at the earliest, ensure a careful review of the details of your order including the address Hebe Fashions cannot make any changes in the order details once you confirmed.
